I feel for Silva after Everton's defeat too Leicester, the defeat had nothing to do with him or his game plan, he cannot be responsible for individual errors that unfortunately resulted in us losing the match, harsh on all, all the players worked their stocks off and it's not fair to point any fingers to whom that made the mistakes 93 minutes is a long time to keep going especially when the midfield was down to its bare bones
I am now sure if Silva had the high quality players that is needed in his squad then he would be a very successful manager, the pressure he must be under must be unbearable. I hope he keeps his job until the end of the season, all of us on this forum have the knowledge of the game to know what we are desperate for, a Top Striker, Top Central defender and a top Creative midfield, the owners need to break the bank in January
I can't see by replacing Silva with a new manager will make the results any better the squad is the squad at this moment and they are working to their maximum just in certain positions not good enough.

Reality is we as fans accept these type of performances an say we didn't play bad but the truth is we did it was Leicester who played terrible but again a manager with a brain changes it an punishes us are team at the moment is shocking i get we have injury's but the hole club is one big circus act go an give rafa a offer he can't refuse
1 - he will attract top players
2 - he is one off the best tactical managers around
3 - he has a proven record / trophies
4 - he can has a plan b
Howe / moyes will just show how much we are going backwards + how badly run the club is
Also a striker and a 10 should be a must in January nothing up top an nothing in creating midfield this club needs to wake up its a joke.

What you are saying is Rafe will buy a new team? he would have to work with this squad of players, the questions for any manager could they do better than Silva with this squad, it’s clear to everyone that we don’t have the same quality as Liverpool, Leicester City, Arsenal Mancity Manunited but that’s Brands job to put that right not Silvas.

Award for the longest sentence ever written goes to Evocallum.

Uran - you say the defeat had nothing to do with silva, however he was the one who made the substitutions and changed the shape leaving Leicester more space behind us for the to attack. He also brought on Schneiderlin.
It was a bitter blow the result as this was by far our best performance but to say the defeat is nothing to do with silva is ridiculous.

Can't see Rafa coming tbh. Would love it if he did. can't understand why Silva changed the formation and brought on the subs. His tactics were working well Up until then. Why Silva hasn't been sacked by now is beyond me. Liverpool fans are made up. Imagine if he was gone you would get a far better performance from the players esp. in a derby game. don't get it!

Agree with Gingerdan on this. Leicester break very fast and very close to Liverpool. IWOBI off and Schneids on let Leicester in behind us. If we had to take Iwobi off why not Bernard on? I/ we are not Managers so in reality we do not know what goes on. What seems obvious to us IE Schneiderlin constant sideways or back passing may not be what Silva sees or interprets. All I know is in 14 games we have lost 8 and most of those in other seasons we would have won.

Dammed if he does and Dammed if he doesn’t, he can’t win whatever actions he made.
