You know Emery might not be a bad choice. He's experienced the league now and so will be a little wiser second time around.
He actually has a pretty decent record prior to the Arsenal stint. And as I understand it he did not get the backing from the arse when it came to securing players he wanted.
Just a thought.

I wanted Emery before Silva and still think he has something to offer but it is a risk.
