Sense - We must all agree this is massive and no one can argue it's the wrong decision. Only fear is lose a couple games and fans turn against him. Then you got to ask the question ate we the problem!

There are a few on here Cookie who make their mind up before a ball is kicked. We saw it with Silva. A couple of games is too long for some on here.
They won't let the situation play out to see if the manager is a success.
Whether you want a manager or not he should get the initial backing of the fans and that backing should be given a decent length of time.

If this sees through and we get him, we should still be realistic. He has had success with teams already competing. We are not one of those teams. But we all agree that we have not had enough winners at the helm. Well this guy is a winner. If it happens then I will be excited and optimistic. We could have a world class manager at a world class stadium if we’re not careful.

Just look at Leicester as an example, Rodgers came in halfway through last season and used that time to analyse what was needed and now look at were they are this season, if we can replicate that then we are onto a winner. I'm sure if it's true he will have been promised a kitty to make us contenders at the least for the top 6.
