So this time next weekend how many will have been glued to transfer centre waiting on any snippets and waking bleary eyed in case some last minute deal sheet was dropped in! 😳.

Guilty as charged. I love deadline day and watch it every time. We’ve had a few good deadline day deals in the past so no reason not to get excited for this Friday. A few journos say we will pick up a couple of new signings. Even if they are loans I don’t really mind. I suppose we are watching the purse strings right now for good reason but that’s not dampening me excitement. Also we have Gomes and Gbamin to come back which are bound to help even if January passes us by without any further business done.
