Getting away from ffp within Everton and how close we are to the £109 Million losses we are allowed, I have been reading about other teams who have breached this, but not occurred a ban and were hit with a fine.

Man City and psg are the ones who have used every trick in the book, from bringing shell in to protect players wages being portionally off set by image rights to the players to large sponsorship from the Stadium, the shirts, you name it City have certainly gained an advantage.

It is not just the above two teams, Liverpool were under scrutiny in 2014 along with Galatasary A C Milan, you even have Real Madrid, who sold a piece of wasteland for a ridiculous price to off set their over spending.

Derby County escaped by selling their stadium for twice its original price, to their cub owner, which begs the question on a Usmanov, sorry Moshi buying Goodison Park, then leasing it back, until we move to Bramley Moore Dock.

Everton have a smart accountment in charge of our club and will find loopholes to offset our current debt of over £100 Million.

Is it right, certainly not, but if clubs are getting around this and only picking up fines, then I am confident that Moshi will find a way.

{Ed002's Note - I am not sure what tyou have been reading but both PSG and Manchester City had significant fines and sanctions - and that was from UEFA who have far lower financial limits that the Premier League if a club wishes to play in Europe. Derby have not got away with the sale of the ground and have been charged. Birmingham have been given a second points deduction. Nottingham Forest, Sheffield Wednesday and QPR have had charges and sanctions.

There is no "smart accountant who will find loopholes" for Everton.}

They are all finding loopholes that’s why FFP will never work, owners have manipulated for years, Usmanov paying 30m to just have first option on naming rights is a loophole is it not.

{Ed002's Note - Absolute rubbish. Numerous clubs have been punished as will Everton. The business is an absolute joke and the club is mortgaged to a third party.}

The latest from Sasha Ryazantsev who runs the accounts has said that Everton are well within their ffp and that figures that are due to be submitted In March will take into account, Finch Farm, ongoing work carried out at Goodison and costs towards the new stadium application.

He is not worried and said Everton have nothing to worry about in regards to ffp when the next figures are forwarded.

I do not have any inkling but he seems pretty confident on reassuring Everton supporters.

I'm not even sure why we seem so concerned with the money side of our club, it's way out of our hands and while maybe its worrying to a few its nothing we can control, let's just focus on the team and how well there doing.

There are conflicting reports around with regards Ffp. The Esk has us 50-60 million over to date but he was out on last years numbers (although he was under on his predicted losses) . Sasha seems confident we are within the FFp.
Ed thinks we are doomed. Who knows where we will be at year end.
Let's just enjoy the ride of a push for europe and hope the powers that be, have a plan.

Yep - push for Europe and hope that we are allowed to play in it if we do qualify! Dunc I think people are concerned about the money side because they care about the long term future of the club, and because in the short term they'd rather not have point deductions/ European bans etc.
