It's not a shock and has been on the cards for a while. I'm a bit gutted he's going but it was a necessity with our FFP affairs. He goes with my blessing and he always put a shift in. If Spurs didn't get CL qualification though I think he would have probably gone elsewhere.
I'd be really surprised if we let Gordon go. More ins and outs to come and I'll watch with interest.

Agree Howie I thought he would have gone to Spain or Italy but as you say he goes with our blessing he did well for us and wish him well.
