Think Richy going is good for both him and the club, he was a very frustrating player, workhorse yes but head went too easy and strops, think set a negative vibe within team at times. For his career he needs to take that next step and Conte brilliant manager for him, just don't see it working tho and him forcing a regular start. Anyway good luck Richy, thanks for your effort and commitment especially back end of last season.
Do think tho now brings breath of fresh air and think will see Dom firing as never seemed hit it off Richy and Dom seemed a bit of bad vibe to me and clearly not good for club, done well get 60million for him, would like see us go for young lad at Hull Lewis Potter seems a exciting young talent, would love see us get Connor Gallagher in on a seasons loan as realistically we can't buy him, same with Zinchenco from City as think both vastly improve our midfield.
An area I would like us to address is RB as clear Coleman can't be expected to play week in week out and Paterson still young and unproven, like see us go in for wan bissaka as solid defender and a deal could be done there perhaps on a loan to buy.
I am relatively confident that Frank will make us a more confident and solid club going forward, I don't expect us breaking top 10 but think be a more comfortable and better feel about the season. Gordon is going to be massive for us next season and as much as people slate iwobi he may have found a manager that can get the player out of him that is clearly there. Really also hope Frank gives Simms and Dobbin a look in

Mocker, I like most of your thinking apart from awb. Patterson is the way forward as rb.
Frank likes 343, so him and mickey as wing backs would work.
Still think if we could pick up bassey from rangers, Gallagher from Chelsea, Lewis Potter from Hull and Johnson from forest it would be a fantastic window.
Not sure about eriksen or lingard and we need to move a load more on, gomes, Allan (doesn't want to be here) , etc alongside the 5 or 6 who left after contracts ended.

Yes take your point about Franks 343 and wan bissaka fitting in to that formation. Just think he would fit in well with a 4 at back and solidify us with tarkowski giving us a solid platform to work from hopefully, we need build confidence within the defence and team. It would be brilliant if Paterson can come in and hit the ground running but until given a chance RB remains a problem area that could again be our downfall along with a pedestrian midfield. Goes without saying but imperative we get off to a solid start and think putting a young unproven 19yr old at RB whilst trying to build confidence could be costly.
Totally agree about gomes, allan. Just hope Frank uses what little cash he as, maybe 30-40mill ish on astute signings at a guess and a couple of solid 1st 11 not squad fillers loanees ie Wan Bissaka and Gallagher or Zinchenko who will improve our first 11 and address our problem areas and not the likes of El Ghazi. ?.
