Whilst I would have liked us to sign him as would definitely have improved our team and was available on a free. I think it’s a strange one for Utd.
One of the top teams in the world signing a 30yr old on a free transfer and giving him a 3yr deal. After losing a player on a free that they paid £89m for.

I don't see where he fits into the utd squad either. Won't start over Bruno. Will have Donny to contented with and reportedly de Jong. But I suppose it's all irrelevant to us now anyway. What is for sure is we need a playmaker.
