Might have found something positive I just read there that we are not hamstrung by ffp. It said the reports that we need to sell before we can buy are incorrect. That is on the Goodison News page. If it's true then happy days let's get signing.

Speaking of Richarlison, was initially a little disappointed with getting 60m for him. But in retrospect with Jesus going for 45m and Sterling for 47.5m, I actually don’t think we’ve done too bad with that deal. Cost of transfers may well be beginning to drop again.

Hope you’re right Con81. The club has been very poorly run for past 5 years (not as bad as the country, but nearly) . Hopefully that’s all about to change now.

It’s been a s h I T show mate but it says there is no active checks on what Everton are spending. I just hope we get it right this time wouldn’t get my hopes up but you never know. Maybe one of the Ed guys can fill us in if it’s true or not.

I think Jesus and Sterling were both in their last year of contract Gibbo. Always drops the price to save them going as a free agent the year after.
