This is probably going to upset a few people, but kudos to Moshri for attending in honour of Kenwright.

Can't see how that would upset anyone. It can be argued that BK may have over stayed, but no one can deny what he did for the club in its hour of need. I hope he gets a minutes applause at the next home game. And all the board should be there to show their support.

I read an article that BK wasnt always in agreement with the chairman and wasnt happy with some of the things our chairman did, especially Benitez being manager, so maybe he's been getting a lot of flack that shouldn't of been thrown at him, saying that nobody will really know who's at fault, all I do know is the west ham game is showing we are improving and even with a points deduction, I think we are still to good to go down, considering the teams below us.

100% BP- been saying for years it was of if not the best run club until Moshiri took over. He had the ultimate sign off on any decision and others have paid for his ineptitude. But now is a time to set aside the pain and argument and salute as 1 a great evertonian.

Well said, BP. I think things could be even worse right now if BK had left when FM rocked up.
With little money under BK's reign, we finished in the top 8 something like 12 times in 19 years. The story changed drastically when FM came in throwing his cash around and we look a million miles away from those top 8 finishes. Two things have changed in that time; a new chairman and the board deciding to go with a DoF.
If he was making the major decisions at the club, as FM has tried to allude to a few times, then would Rafa have got through the door? I seriously doubt it is my opinion on the matter.
I think FM has pulled a blinder by getting him to stay on the board and deflect the rubbish show away from himself. RIP Bill.
