Southgate is clearly good at building a collective, has intellect about building. But as a day to day manager I'm not convinced.

Well I didn't but if he is made Manager then I will support him until he proves that I should not. One positive about him is that he should have a good idea who is worth recruiting and who is not. As England Manager he did a lot of attending games and watching players. Of course he could be useless at that also!
