Reading the posts below it's a bit early to be getting concerned with Freidkin being another Moshiri, but Hope after the new owner arrives we get a new everthing at our Club from on the pitch to management and above, new broom for me sweep em all clean.

Nothing more fickle than football fans, gb, for every club not just ours. The truth is that they could be another Moshiri but they could also be very good for our club and fans. We just won't know until they walk through the door and have control for a little while. Time will tell mate I suppose.

I don't believe anyone could be as bad as Moshiri. However the problem with Moshiri was that he had poor advisors and people at the club, possibly Kenwright who were the ones that dished out the ridiculous wages and contracts to mediocre players. Hopefully Freidkin will have better football advisors and people running the club who can identify young talent and put an end to these ridiculous pay and contracts to players who are past their best and/ or no good.

Yep it’s wait and see time, goodness knows we have waited for this day bring it on, all new shiney things for us.

Hope so GB. It’s about time we got rid of those on inflated wages and bring in a model of sustainability and start challenging in games. I’m not asking for us to win a cup or the league, just to start playing decent football.

With you there BR mate really hope all this newness works out well for Everton.

I remember when being asked about the ridiculous spending and wages, kenwright said "You try telling a billionaire what to do". I think even Kenwtight could see he was reckless but couldn't have a say over him.

Well the problem is dentielad that the club was run into the ground not Moshiri (who presumably is still a billionaire) so Kenwright being chairman with all that boys pen stuff should have raised cane or resigned. It was not just Kenwright but the whole board who were happy to take their millions and look the other way.

I just want all those things to be a thing of the past, a new Dawn for Everton.

{Ed025's Note - we all do GB..
