Don't buy this three to five years plan. Forest have shown what can be achieved with the right man in charge, as have Villa.
Need a manager with a positive mentality who plays to win games. Not a negative try not to lose dinosaur.
The players have shown they can play when allowed, and we have some very good young players who a better manager would use.
However, to achieve this the change has to be made and made soon.

Villa maybe mate but Forest? They've started well but that could change very quickly I think. Their owner is just as mad as the one we've got right now!
Can't argue with the rest, pal. Change needs to come sooner rather than later.

My point is, do we really expect them to be up there in those positions come end of season? Totally agree with the villa comparison, they have a quality manager and a good team. Forest will drop off soon enough I'd expect anyway. Not sure who they have played so far but that could have a bearing on their current position.
For us, even if we were in say the top 8, it would be a false position given the way the clown sets us up to play.

Do we really need the example of other clubs to indicate to us that Dyche needs to go? Who gets 3-5 years to make a difference in this league or any come to that. They’ll be lucky to get 3-5 months.
But for the sake of any doubt. Both Villas and Forests managers are light years ahead of SD.

No Forest changed their manager, and he has got them playing better football. Let's face it we have brought a few in over the last few years.

JB if you look at the Forest team a lot of those players they bought when they went crazy signing everyone not a lot of them are in this current team.
Their success is down to the manager playing a style of football suited to the players he has - it’s that simple.
Dyche won’t/ can’t do this for some reason.

Not saying Nuno isn't doing a good job btw, he clearly is having an impact. Forest are solid at the back and have a very fast, skilful, creative 3 feeding Wood. Not rocket science really.
