A forgotten man due to his injury and all dependent upon the recovery, who'd have Mangala back next season? I thought he was a decent enforcer who seemed to get the ball back and wasn't a bad passer but maybe seemed to have a touch of the Gueyes striking ability.

I’d have him back no problem. I was gutted when he got injured. He’s suited to the premier league and not shy in shooting, which is what I like the most. Someone who shoots!

Excellent player for us hope he makes a quick recovery we have missed him.

It was quite a bad injury wasn't it? As decent as he was for us before he got injured, I think we should look at other options going forward. Maybe revisit it come January to see how the injury has affected him. We've got to get the recruitment spot on for next season, we can't afford to carry players, especially loan players.

Can't remember but something like the dreaded ACL? And yes an injury that used to change players for the worse but recently the medics have been pretty good at getting players back from such horrors. Regardless of him wearing the shirt again, he definitely has my good best luck wishes with getting back to the top. And with a few more quality players Infront, he'd be awesome. He'll be cheaper too. A natural replacement for Gana G. Who by the way is one of the many 15 out of contract I'd have no issues with another year.

One of our better players this season, without injury I’d have taken him on in a heartbeat, guess it depends on how he recovers.

Agree, FBS, players can come back as good as new these days from that type of injury, but I suppose there is that one case that goes against the grain. If he recovers well then I'd still take him, we just don't want to be spending good cash only to have the lad breaking down again. We've had too much of that over the last 10 years. The lad we got from Germany springs to mind, although there are a few others we could add to the mix. Wish him well in his recovery.
