Hey Ed now we are up to the heady heights of 13th in the league and a good chance to go even higher with our remaining games, do you think that we will be able to compete with these so called big clubs mainly Spurs and United even though they are below us in the table bringing in new players, I think now with Davey, I know he's not your favourite but boy has he done a good job, BMD and the Freidkin group, we have good chance of getting some of the youngsters Delap, Fellows, etc etc what's your thoughts mate.
{Ed025's Note - i think Dave has done a great job GB, i actually think we are better than United and Spurs even with this squad mate, i think Dave,s forte is to manage teams up to a certain level and that means getting clubs hard to beat and aiming for top 6, now that will be a massive improvement on what we have been watching over the past few years but i think thats his celing, but with new players and owners and BMD who knows? it will certainly be interesting thats for sure..

I think Moyes had such a great relationship with Bill Kenwright that he bought into all this 'plucky little everton' that bill always said in interviews. Hopefully with these owners Davey can bring in some players and have more ambition than being in top ten and pushing for Europe. Some people on social media said I was stupid for my comment but I'll stick by it, that at start of season, the squad should be told to go and win the premiership. Being told to scrape through and avoid relegation isn't very inspiring, and that's what the club and us fans have been led to believe is a successful season. Time to get back to being the Everton prior to Premier league football. Winning titles and cups.

Man United Arsenal Liverpool Chelsea Spurs and Everton are the ever present clubs in the PL. Our expectations at the start of each season should be in line with these. Thanks goes to Forest and Leicester for proving it’s possible and goalworthy.
We can’t be setting ourselves non competitive goals.

I think that’s the post positive I’ve ever seen billy on all the years and this site, bump to the head or has the mrs gave you some sugar? ;p.
{Ed025's Note - im a very positive person actually TB but when it comes to Everton i have been let down so often that its hard to trust them, i hate all this plucky little Everton lark because we are a massive club in my eyes and should be doing a lot better than what we have mate, by the way im diabetic maybe thats why i dont get much sugar these days.. :)
