Why oh why are we still waiting for DCL to sign a new contract. Whatever Dave's, s feelings about him, he has made it perfectly clear where his loyalties lie and it ain't with us! He is holding out for a so called better deal and if it does, nt happen will sign for us. We want players who want to play for us, not as a last resort. Thanks for the service, but goodbye.

I imagine we’ve offered him a new deal on reduced terms and waiting to see what he decides to do about it - personally wouldn’t get too worried about it.
If he signs then it’ll be on the clubs terms and allow us to potentially to get a fee for him if he has a decent season.
If he doesn’t sign, it’s frustrating we’re not getting a fee for him but atleast he only cost £1.5m.
Not sure he did himself any favours with his end of season cameos.
Quite telling that it appears he doesn’t have any/ many offers on the table - might change once the window opens though.

I like the lad when he’s on his game and scoring but we can’t go on paying him £100k a week for 3 goals, 2 assists and 26 games. It’s not sustainable as a player/ club situation goes.

Lewin needs to go there's no fight in the lad there's plenty of players that I'll run through walls for there club he's the opposite we need fighters.
