I've seen multiple reports stating that Everton doesn't have any money to spend on transfers and we can only spend what we get in. Is there any truth to this? If so where does that leave us?

Funny I said to my mate about funds today been quiet window for us not much spent more players going out than coming in does make u wonder thou.

I just can’t see us realistically signing any of the players we are linked too, I would love us too but it just seems unlikely, the lack of centre halves scares me too! Ed’s any updates on targets?

Lol Ed do u think we are worse of than last season for players quite few gone not replaced as yet few heading out I can see our transfer business being done last week of the window hope 4-5 signings before window shuts not holding my breath thou lol.

By the way . edu I have emailed Everton saying the player we been linked with kean from juve has been put up for sale just in case they didn’t know so hope we can follow up with a bid lol.

What’s the panic? The club needed to reduce the size of the squad, surely that makes sense. As for all these rumours of who we are bringing in, that’s all they are is rumours. Be honest did anyone see Delph coming in? We just have to be patient and leave it to the people who actually know what’s going on.
Just try to enjoy the fact that we are finally moving forward as a club.

Sort it out fellas.
The plan was always to get out the dead wood and we’ve done a decent job of that so far. Few more to pass on but I think we’ll manage that. There’ll be a list of targets to work on, those players will also be on other clubs radars. A player is likely to seek champions league if poss, but don’t underestimate the attraction of the premier league. I think the doom mongers will be pleased come the end of the window.

I think there is going to be a lot of moving out and that will obviously dictate the numbers in. Marco has stated Delph isn’t a replacement for gana so if he goes which I think it’s obvious he will we need a younger player in that mould who can do a bit more offensively. We get this right then future windows will see one or two going.

Going back to the top of this post how does Mr Moshiri wanting to make a marquee signing and us having no money to spend work in any way at all.
Ignore the money what comes in what goes out as Ed 2 so often explains it’s not simple so forget about it.
If “ in silva and brands we trust†stand for anything, then we need to stand by that statement and let them get on with it. Get excited by links to various players by all means but don’t be surprised when we get someone completely from left field and I don’t mean a winger.
