£50 million for calvert-lewin, i would snap uniteds arms off, bull crap news as usual.

{Ed025's Note - i would keep him dazza, put in perspective the likes of iwobi for £40m and they will have to pay a lot more than that mate...but yeah fake news..

No way will we sell him you can see already how this lad is changing under C A, will be a Top striker very soon would be lunacy to sell him.

31 Dec 2019 12:22:46
And then what we spend it on someone like Iwobi or Sigurdson? If we have a player doing well then we should keep him. It's tgat simple.

31 Dec 2019 12:52:51
We have had 3years struggling without a goalscorer. someone starts scoring then sell again? Wout of interest wouldn't it have been cheaper to keep Lukaku run his contract down and finish 7th each of last 3years with european football and all that?

31 Dec 2019 13:49:25
Are you crazy?! We've been crying out for a top centre forward since Lukaku and now you want to sell the one we have capable of scoring goals!

Utter Madness! There's much more to football than just making money.

{Ed025's Note - im with you john..

Dazza! The way DCL is playing at the moment and you would jump at Utd's offer, is that right? Where are you going to get his equivalent for £50 mill.

bit of a daft post in my opinion.

31 Dec 2019 16:31:37
According to Sky Sports we have begun contract negotiations with Calvert-Lewin.

31 Dec 2019 17:07:20
I think it's a canny agent after payrise.

31 Dec 2019 17:19:41
Think he warrants a pay rise currently only on £20k per week
When you compare that to
Niasse on £55k
Tosun on £60
And Schneiderlin on £100k!

31 Dec 2019 18:53:17
Silly season begun again, work under Ancelotti or what's his name managing manure, I'd guess dcl is a sensible lad and we will see him for a few years yet here.

Bad times to be a sports journalists. Any moron seems to be able to get a tweet published on NSNO.

I agree, not been a fan of Calvert-Lewin but have to admit he is starting to show his potential and happy to eat humble pie.

Missed opportunity yesterday with Citys rocky defence, we just did not get enough balls in their final third, to play to Dom’s strength.
