Ed02 john Thornton is apparently worth 31b. Is he the type to invest or is this some sort of dodgy deal? I'm always skeptical with takeovers. Do you believe this would be the right step for us? Or are we heading into unknown territory? Thanks in advance.
{Ed002's Note - You don't get it. I have no idea what Thornton is worth byt he won't be trowing hude amounts of Money at Everton. It is a potential investment.}

Ed02 you're right I don't get it. that's why I asked you if you knew anything. I didn't think he was going to throw money at us, I just wanted to know his intentions. Does moshiri want out? What happens to the stadium? Is that affected by a takeover? Again thanks in advance.

Can't see how this can help us either way. We still have to live with ffp which means reducing costs and or increasing revenue. The only upside maybe that the club is better run.

fingers crossed for what honestly am sure you're not an evertonian what is crossed for he put 500 mill into club and yet i admit it has went backwords but people blame bill people blame mosheri honestly any evertonian who judges them be ashamed one man saved are club in kenkright the other invested yes i admit he has wasted that money but least he did had a bloody good go of it just scapegoats sick of it get behing lampard or p. off and find another team seen this site last few weeks wanting lampard out honestly wake up aprils fixures he got us 9 points out 12 united chelsea leicester an lpool when none of us expected 0 points including myself.

I fail to understand why kenwright is still getting blamed. He's put money in, he supports the club, you would think he hates Everton the way some people moan about him. I really don't get it.

Ladies calm down. I didn't say anything about Bill. I'm actually one of the few BK fans on here. I was posting to the original theme of this thread. Always looking for a dust up some of you. "fingers crossed" for a sale was my simple intent. Now some of you calm down before you blow a gasket. I can't help when the Eds put up our posts. The anti Bill stuff wasn't there when I wrote my post.

If I had half a Day to list everything wrong with Bill Kenwrights time at Everton, I simply would still not have enough time or space to do so on here.

If we sell, let’s hope the new lot can sort out our mess. If we don’t sell, let’s hope the current lot can sort out this mess.
The main thing is to stop the third party influences getting in the way of those paid to do their jobs. It’s like hiring a mechanic to work on your car then heading off to the garage every few months to get it seen you by others.
