I think we’re only going to find out if we’ve made an offer for a player when Fabrizio Romano or elbobble on Twitter say it, or we actually announce a signing.
There is so much clickbait nonsense out there at the moment - just a quick Google of player you mentioned and it’s all about West Ham bidding for him.

It’s a rumour site. There are stories linking us with a bid. As I was saying the other day, if we’re only in here to announce signings we may as well not bother.

As it goes on this site, the poster doesn't get to decide which page their post appears on. Not sure why anyone would have a pop at GB when he's asking a question? Thought that was the purpose of this site? Rather read 100 of this kind of post than some of the absolute doom and gloom, ridiculous posts that some put up just for attention.
