I hear we’re going all out for Broja now. I got Broja being the much needed striker we’re after. I’d take either of one of them anyway, none of them are going to get a game for Chelsea and both are going to improve us.

I can’t see Broja happening.
Apparently Tuchel wants to keep him.
He doesn’t want a loan unless guaranteed starter.
Chelsea also apparently put a £50m price on him.
Whilst he’s young and has potential he’s not worth £50m based on last seasons performances.
Also not sure he’s a guaranteed starter on last seasons performances either.
If we were really interested in a £50m player from Chelsea which I doubt we are and just clickbait, then would have hoped we’d go for Gallagher (I know ed002 has said not joining Everton) but of the 2 players who both being touted as £50m players - Gallagher is the one I feel would improve our squad.

Barkley put all his Everton photos back on his insta. I think that at least shows he wants to come back or even that it's about to be agreed.

Well the rumours are gathering pace. I'm divided over Ross, I really liked him when he was here, him leaving the way he did disappointed me, but nobody knows the bigger picture, if he returns and does a job I wdnt complain!

If he where to return barkley would know he needs to put a shift in every time he steps onto that pitch, and drive that ball forwards upend a few players score a couple and he should be OK.

Sorry Tomtom but I will never accept him back we nursed him through a triple leg break we gave him the platform to play for England and when the time came he decided to shat on us to line his own pockets add in he will soon fall back in with the wrong crowd and be out in Liverpool partying.

I think lampardstheman has hit the nail on the head there.
He cost us a wedge in a transfer fee by recovering with us then leaving for less.
He hasn’t achieved anything at Chelsea
He failed at villa - didn’t want him back.
Also allegedly left Liverpool due to getting in with the wrong crowd - what’s to stop that happening if he comes back.
I really don’t get why we’d want him and if rumours are to be believed it’s not Frank who wants him but someone else at the club - this will end in tears if he does come.

We’ve had so many players stealing a living off Everton. Sigurdsson, Tosun, Gomes, Niasse, Kone, Bolasie, Schneiderlin and Ramirez… yet everyone is being toxic about Ross over the circumstances of his move. I don’t understand the vitriol. Yes, he could have handled it better but we all know he’s thick as mince and he’s probably got poor advisors. So long as he’s not getting paid more than a fair wage then his direct running from midfield is sorely needed. Wake up people.

Sorry Kenyon have to disagree about Niasse - he always worked his socks off, never complained and was very professional even though if rumours are to believed he was treated appallingly by club and Koeman in particular - no locker, made to train with under 21s for no apparent reason.

Ross is far better than anything we have or are able to get, no brainier, gilmour ? as bad as that dope we wanted from spurs or the one we just signed, that useless I don't even remember their names ?.

Agree about niasse, top lad but lacked a bit of quality. Re signing barkley I hope is just clickbait but knowing efc and how much of a charity case we are / home for waste of space footballers I can see it happening. Don't rate Gilmour. The club is simply crap and clueless with recruitment, no imagination or depth to the scouting.
