Ha Ed. am in same boat bud, had bit of blowout at weekend as off on a 12week low calorie shakes and soup diet start of July to help get my type 2 diabetes into remission.
Like you said previously this getting old ain't right cracky (only 47 mind) .
{Ed025's Note - im 66 Mocker and just retired, i have also got type 2 mate but thats because i eat too much having just given up smoking, im still falling to bits mind but playing a lot of golf now, im hoping we can all meet up one day at BMD god willing and have a good old natter and a few pints..

Sounds like a plan Ed25 - just got to get there first! More greens, more fibre, more iron… looks like we’ll all be on the stoat, Guinness and fruity cocktails for the foreseeable future.
{Ed025's Note - absolutely BR, the only greens im interested in at the moment though are the ones on the golf course mate, and the only iron my 7 iron, but i am partial to good pint of Guinness..
