Mauricio Sarri as a replacement for Dyche gathering pace this morning.

He's jobless, will be cheap, let's get him in now now now.

05 Nov 2024 15:02:47
Yesterday it was Lampard, today Sarri, tomorrow who knows. Until the takeover is complete I am afraid we will have to put up with SD.

05 Nov 2024 15:50:06
Rumour was Lampard to Roma yesterday can’t see that myself.

05 Nov 2024 19:31:54
Bit worrying. Freidkin got rid of De Rossi before his feet were warm under the desk. Can you think of someone else who did that? Hope it's not pot to pan. He had a 46% plus win record at Roma. We need stability and time for a new manager.

{Ed025's Note - maybe his standards are higher than De Rossi could deliver Nick, which hopefully he will repeat when the takeover is complete mate and kick this charlatan out who manages us at the moment..

05 Nov 2024 19:40:11
Rumour was that someone at Everton has suggested Lampard to TFG about the Roma job. About as likely to happen as us winning the PL this season.

{Ed025's Note - i would love Lampard to get the Roma job now Ace.. :)

05 Nov 2024 19:53:19
I quite agree regarding Dyche ed025, but I hope with TFG we are not going to have the Queen hit "another one bites the dust" every 6 months.

{Ed025's Note - if we are doing well Nick there should be no logical reason to be changing managers all the time mate, sticking with a manager who cant lead or motivate the players is far worse imo...and thats why we are where we are at the moment i would say..

Sacking dyche for 5 mill pay off and getting married in for free won't be bad if we climb the table and prize money offsets the dyche payout. I'm not even excited for sat or sun now. Just watching us run like headless chickens and awful passing is soul destroying.

05 Nov 2024 22:36:11
I heard that it’s Mourinho.

05 Nov 2024 23:03:19
Jose’s press conferences and touchline behaviours are mad, he’s lost the plot, thinks everyone’s out to get him. But hey, I’d still have him over Dyche.

06 Nov 2024 08:38:00
Mourinho is as mad as a box of frogs but he’s a perennial winner. Whether it’s cups or leagues. We were good under Ancilloti and I would expect similar under Mourinho.

Get him in now to ensure we start next season at BMD in the PL and with a good summer of recruitment then watch us launch ?.

06 Nov 2024 09:48:57
He tends to want to buy ready made players that fit his system. Are we able to spend in January?

06 Nov 2024 09:50:06
Mourinho really?

He has had his time and carries too much circus and problems for me, he also needs money to operate and is very problematic which we are seeing yet again in Turkey with him.

Do we really need all that drama? Not to mention the history with Friedkin at Roma and his style of play is on a par with Dyche, only thing is he had a lot better players at his disposal to achieve the defensive backbone of his success especially early on in his glory years.

Be a big no from me but just my opinion. Take him over Dyche yes but not a progressive forward thinking appointment for me.

06 Nov 2024 14:55:10
As I said above different day different name, today it is Sergio Conceicao!

06 Nov 2024 17:22:58
Sari is my choice for manager, in January.

06 Nov 2024 17:51:10
In January Kamala Harris will be free ?.

06 Nov 2024 19:23:49
I know it sounds desperate Mocker but one of my biggest problems with Dyche is his inability to affect games with his tactics and subs.

Mourinho is a master at this. He will haul off a player as he has done, in the first half if he doesn’t think it’s working. He’s brave and no nonsense like that. Dyche in-game management is pathetic in comparison which is why when we go behind we usually end the game that way.

I’ll admit Mourinho is an annoying so and so. And the circus will fully be in town if he comes too. But he is a huge upgrade on what we currently have. We will win more games. We will compete every match and we might even win something?

I’ll take that chance if it presents itself any day of the week.

How does a guy on £2.5m a year with a contract until July 2025 get a £5m pay off? This fascination with his wage and how we are stuck with him because we can't afford to pay him up is hilarious. I'm sure they can loot a few tin pots from the trophy room and go down cash converters if it really got that bad.
