Any truth that Burnley are still seeking compensation from Everton re hardship suffered by relegation, and will take until next year to sort out, thoughtbthat was all finshed with.

Cheers mate reading another of the above that Leeds, Leicester, Forest and Southampton also can do the same, beats me how can that be worked out, this saga will run and run mate.

They had the chance to get more points and avoid relegation. Stuff em! It's not our fault they were poor sides. Next thing Arsenal will be suing because they never won the EPL.

If leicester and Forest have the right to sue us then we surely have the right to sue them for the times they failed P&L the subsequent season.

We didn't pick their sides, we didn't lose their games, it's a load of BS. But I would say Burnley have had their compensation!

It could open up a can of worms, once clubs begin to sue other clubs it will be a nightmare. Everton were docked points, leave it at that.
