wouldn't call this a rumour more an opinion
i think it would be a bad idea
but i'm almost 75% sure that EFC will buy Jack Harrison permanently from Leeds this summer
Leeds want shot 100%, Harrison wants to stay
been at Leeds that long now his book value isn't too high
i can see Everton getting a deal done for between 5-7m, purely for price and continuity
again i wouldn't see the point but just my view.

Would he drop his wages though? He's not near enough worth 90k a week that he was on. I'd rather that wage was split between 2 up and coming players. Look at other RW in prem this season like Mbuena.20 goals and numerous assists, wissa on Brentford other wing.18 or 19 goals and some assists. Bet they aren't on 90k each. Harrison. 1 goal and an assist. We need strength in depth this season. Get a fight winger and Fellows from wba. Mcneil also comes into the mix.
{Ed025's Note - 90p would be too much..

I could only think he would want him for his work rate, because it can't be for his ability. Perhaps Moyes is thinking of turning him into a right back, because he's not a winger.
{Ed025's Note - turning him into a pumpkin would be a better trick Brass..

If you look at the club statement I think its unlikely we will go for Harrison or any of the other loanee's mentioned. Good news on Alcaraz though let hope we can get the deal done early doors. UTFT.

I wouldn't have him on the lowest wages at the club Dentie. Fallen off a cliff since his Leeds form and being switched to the opposite flank.
I think Mbuemo is off to United by all accounts. I would definitely go after Wissa if the price was sensible. Clinical striker and works his stones off. Still only 28 and his improvement in the last 2 seasons has been brilliant. It helps that he can cover any of the forward positions too. If they lose Mbuemo to United, I can't see him wanting to stay there and with all due respect to Brentford, we are a step up from them.
I can't personally comment on Fellows as I have only seen him play a few times. Have you watched a lot of him? I know many of us on here rave about him. How good do you think he could be?
For me the jump to the PL is huge. Lad looks to have pace and ability but the same patterns of play that work against Championship fullbacks will not work as well against the fullbacks of the PL imo. Full of assists, which is never to be sniffed at but doesn't seem to get amongst the goals too much from what I have seen.

I hope we have ambitions above JH. Moyes will look at the group he’s had and what they’ve achieved though, and want some consistency. We can’t let every player that’s out of contract go.

He has been sent back to Leeds.
{Ed025's Note - for now BB, but if there was a cut price deal to be done i would not be surprised if he came back mate, Moyes has said that he admired his industry but i suppose we will see..

Reading we can go back in for Lindstrom and Harrison in the summer yuk.
{Ed025's Note - lets hope not GB..

There must be ways and means of the fans opinions getting back to recruitment teams. He doesn’t divide opinion - no one thinks he’s good enough. Moyes may see something in him, but he’s savvy enough to know that having an entire fan base against you does not usually end well. Just look at Dom. I don’t think we’ll see JH in an Everton shirt again.

BN the full backs in the Championship may not be as good as those in the Prem, but they are allowed to get stuck in more than Prem fullbacks.
I have watched a good bit of this lad ( only on telly to be fair) , and he handles the contact he receives well. He has very good pace and is an assist machine. Still young and so has room for improvement.
If we could get him for 10m then that would be very good buisness.
