If anyone is off to the game today, hope it’s an incredible experience and the club/ council have sorted out the transit issues.

Let us know how the team plays and what the stadium is like. I’m sure there will be various clips on YouTube tomorrow to accompany the event.

Reckon it’ll be a 2-1 win for the blues.

Are people just softer now? I used to live near old swan as a kid and walked to all the games. Took about half an hour but had a bit of banter with my mates on the way. Then talked about how great we were on the way back (80s team) .
If I was still there today would get the bus to the pier head and walk along., Afterwards go for a beer in one of the many pubs in the city. Sorted.

{Ed025's Note - a man after my own heart BMD..

I was thinking the same BMD. I used to get a bus to Rocky Lane and hike it down Lower Breck Road and Priory Rd. Took about 25 minutes. No bother at all.
