So looks like Thierry Small didn't turn up for training last week as he engineers a move away from the club for me that's like a big neon sign of I'm trouble and I would get shut as soon as possible and good riddance as if he's acting like this at 16 what's he going to be like if he reaches his potential.

As far as I'm aware he can only sign the Everton deal when he turns 17 on August 1st. As you say he could already be looking for another club to go to by then or has. Trouble is that he plays LB. He isn't going to get in the team before Digne or Nkounkou except possibly cup games maybe or major injuries. I'm sure we'll see what happens soon enough.

Has this been confirmed, BMD? I've seen the original article has been attributed to the Athletic and I've seen some of the usual, unreliable websites running with it. There's also an article in the echo but it only refers to the original source and doesn't confirm nor deny the story. The echo says that he has recently changed agent so, if the story is true, he's being badly advised right now.

According to The Echo this morning negotiations are ongoing between him and Everton. Fans are being a bit too quick to slag the lad off. These journalists are a joke. Look at James going, then Saturday he's got the number 10 shirt (hes also in a the promos for the new kit is that someone who's going? ).
