Any truth to the rumour that Pickford is out for 3 months? Heard it was due to a fractured wrist but not sure if it's true or not. If so, this is going to be another long season. JP has practically kept us up in the last two seasons, we've got a pensioner and an untried keeper as back up. Could it get any worse?

This club it wouldn't surprise me. Selling the lights and fittings probably why he hasn't been sold. Feels like we are jacking off the dog to feed the cat.

It was mentioned to me in work last night, lad showed me a Twitter post by someone called Steve Brown (possibly the wrong name) . Hence, why I asked the question here. I'm not very clued up when it comes to Twitter admittedly.
Dfs, yes an untried keeper. How many prem games has he played? For us or for any other team? How many games has he even played for us?

Virginia is a very good keeper and perfectly able to play in the Prem.

In your opinion, dfs. We won't know until he is given a go and, as yet, I don't think he has played a premier league game for us or any other team. At least one of his loan moves didn't go according to plan did it? You're just splitting hairs again.
Haven't seen anything else on JP being injured so it's more than likely a wind up. Glad I don't pay much attention to Twitter ?.

Well he has been on loan plenty of times dfs and didn’t he get dropped last season and loan terminated early the year before? Hardly instills confidence!

Exactly, Rlchris. Unless some fans have been following him around to watch him on his loan moves, I fail to see how they can make judgement of how they will play in the premier league. Some just seem intent on arguing no matter what mate.

I feel that Virginia is more than ready to step up. He’s still relatively young but had a great game against city last season. Made some great saves this pre season too

Not sure if Pickford is injured or not though.
