See my post below. VP's agent has stated that the position will be clarified early next week after further discussions with FC Porto-this is not a rumour-it has been stated by several Portugese sites.

Its hardly "gone quiet" the rumours are everywhere and I'm convinced that there will be some answers next week with I think either Pereira or Martinez coming in.

As I have been saying for the last few days toffee John, vitor pereira will be announced as our new boss sometime next week, it's the tabloids & the bookies who have it wrong as they are just guessing & changing their story every day. I havn't been changing my story every day mate, I've been saying it will be periera as new boss sometime next week for most of last week. My info came from a reliable source earlier in the week & I have stuck to it ever since & will be sticking to it until periera is named next week, trust me.

Why would I trust you, you've never posted on here before and I don't know you. I'm certainly not a naïve teenager so you can spout all the garbage you like about knowing whoever but it won't wash with me. I'm not putting Svenny on a pedestal but it was his information which you happened to pounce on and claim for yourself.
