Apparently Bainsey will be offered a new contract to sign next week worth 70-75k a week to stay at everton. And I think after the way he has thus far spoken about Martinez I think he will stay & sign on the dotted line & be loyal!

I think he is already on 70k mate, I think we need to make a statement of intent and offer him 100k per week for 5 years, this would take him to the end of his career and I think he would sign immediately

he's on £44k per week at the moment, so I think a new contract offer of £75k per week will make him decide where his loyalties lie

It might not be that simple if the club increase Baines' salary then they might also have to increase the salary of other players. Some players may have a parity clause with the club's top earner.

If sambas worth a 100k then bainesys worth 200k, in all honesty everton are a long way off giving someone a 100k, we don't need someone younger if he left either we would need someone whos near there peak now because are back up isn't good at the moment

I can't believe someone said sell Baines and get someone young and hungry. He is simply the best player around in that position and an total professional. It will be a massive boost when he signs the contract.
