Taken with a pinch of salt seeing as we don't have a manager, a sunday paper reporting lukakau would be open to a move to everton. I've sang his praises a few times, and I for one would love to see him playing for us, at 19 years of age he has all the attributes of anichebe, but he's 100 times better. what do fellow blues think if a deal was to come off {Ed007's Note - He has just turned 20 Jimmy but I know what you mean, Lukaku is a fantastic young player already, and is only going to get better. I think Chelsea would be making a major blunder if they sold him but the team that signed him would be getting one of the best young players in the world IMO.}

Only 100 times better than Vic

I think Chelski have big plans for him, he is a superstar in the making mate, we have no chance but would straight swap for Felliani in a second, oh and throw Vic in as a consolation prize too

Appoint Steve Clarke as our manager - hardly likely - or any other ex-Chelsea player/coach/etc. , and we might have a small chance of getting Lukaku on loan.

Not quite sure what Chelsea payed for him I think it was 15 million, but yes if they wanted felli, and seeing he's got a near 25 million activation/sell on clause in his contract I would say give us 10 mill plus lakakau. I agree ed07 he is one of the best young players in world football and will only get better.

Chelsea paid £18m for Lukaku. He been quoted as saying he wants a year long loan with either Everton or Fulham. He does not want to go back to WBA. We would have a great chance of getting him if Chelsea splash big cash on a striker ie Falcao or someone of that ilk. But we need to get the manager in place or Fulham with get the jump on us. If he becomes available again on loan Everton must do all they can to get this guy. This guy has the potential to become one of Europes top strikers, but to us could be the difference to make top 4. I think Matinez will become our new manager on Thursday after the internationals, would not have been my first choice, for me Laudrup would have been my 1st choice and Pereira my second choice and Matinez third.
