joyce saying moshiri has personally took charge of manager hunt now and moyes is back in the frame. sigh, LET YOUR DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL MAKE THE CHOICE JUST SIT BACK AND LET HIM WORK FOR GODS SAKE, breathe out.

Totally agree, brands is employed as director of football let him pick who he feels is the right manager for us.

{Ed002's Note - That is not his forte.}

leading on from this, anyone think people will slowly start to turn against farhad? i know right that he pumps all this cash in and wants what's best for the club, but this constant thing of him doing stuff himself which isn't good footballing decisions is costing us more? as fans we're fed up of a non football expert making all the decisions and he knews this, hence why he got brands in, but he's not even using him can't resist the urge to get involved.

Brands should have some input though ed doesn’t he pick what style of football we play and the players to fit into that and then surely a manager who plays and has worked under that type of system?

{Ed002's Note - Yes, he will have input.}

And Brands being reluctant to sack Silva when Moshiri wanted rid after the Norwich game.
How does that make you feel about Brands ability to make the right decision.

Smit - brands in my opinion has shown he’s got the ability to make right decisions, look how he’s transformed the squad since his arrival. Moved on lookman, vlasic, onyekuru, McCarthy, mirallas and Galloway to name a few and replaced them in my opinion with better players Iwobi, kean, Gbamin, Delph and sidibe. Unfortunately we haven’t seen the best of some of the new recruits yet (injury/ adjusting to league) but definitely upgrades on what he inherited.

WBlue, If he would come until may then go etc. I could live with that . however he probably wants to be around for the new stadium mate, and that fills me personally with a lethal dose of melancholy .

dont see the point in signing moyes mate, may aswel put duncan in until the end they'll both achieve marginally the same.

Yeah mate, if DF keeps getting the points let it 'take it's own course ' so to speak, why not .

duncan isn't the long term option for me, he doesn't even want it people keep missing! however if you're getting moyes then ask dunc to take interim until the end 100%.

I was being optimistic as well as kind, what I like about Dunc amongst other things of course, is his honesty and lack of 'XXL ego' in terms of he doesn't put himself as a long term contender.
Very refreshing in today's game and a big positive for EFC at this crucial time.
