So question for one of the EDs I remember Niasse getting banned for exaggerating the fall to win a penalty should that not happen to the Southampton player because his was ten times worse that Niasse's or has that rule now been scrapped.

As i remember it, the only 2 players charged in the premier league were Niasse and Lanzini from West Ham. It would have been a good thing if the league enforced it, however, they were not keen on banning players from clubs such as Liverpool and Man United. Just typical that the decided to hit Everton with it first.

I remember Shaka Hislop saying the same thing when Salah and Mane fell at a gust of wind over 10 mph his words where its easier to ban someone from Everton than a club Like Liverpool regarding Niasse the Referee who gave the pen even said during the meeting he would give that pen everytime as scott Dann had his hands on his back the panel disagreed and banned him anyway and guess who was on that panel a certain Danny Murphy you can't make it up.

As far as I know, since var came in, they seemed to do away with the simulation rule.
