Is Lewis Gibson available?

Think he would be a better choice over Braithwaite if so?

Why would he be a better choice over branthwaite?

Would make no sense to pick someone other than branthwaite after his last 2 performances - if he didn’t pick him it would probably affect his confidence and ruin him going forward.

We need to look after the youngsters and protect them and not be so keen to criticise.

Branthwaite did a good job coming in for Holgate last game and deserves the chance to continue gaining experience in the first team.

Don’t think Gibson can play as was on loan in Jan.

I just figured we have branthwaite tied down for a few years yet.

Might want to see what Gibson can deliver before his contract runs down.

I think Carlo likes brathwaitte. He was on the bench fairly often. I think he proved CA pick the right choice tonight. And to be honest I don't think we even need to be in the market for a CB, Keane has been playing well and I think we have a strong 4 CBs in our squad now.

I think we will still being a centre back in and if we do we might move Yerry Mina on
Branthwaite is definitely deserving his inclusions and has taken his chance with both hands or should that be feet 🤔
He definitely grew in stature throughout that game! Well played lad!
