Can anyone shed any light on why it’s taking the club so long to announce the signings? International clearance and wanting to announce all three together? It just seems strange, but I’m also impatient :)

Ex 001 makes a good point about the fact that we see this as supporters from the gossip stage and really don’t know the actual length of time it takes which I would imagine would differ with each signing. What takes so long I don’t know, but is it different for other sides? Probably not. My hope is that we get these two signings sorted in time for them to train with the team and be available for the Spurs game on Sunday.

Any number of things can hold up a transfer - image rights, structuring payments to club, when a player can travel for pics, medicals.

I know guys, look at Newcastle, bid for Wilson Friday, and its done and announced Monday morning. James Rodriguez is the one we all want to see confirmed now and he's been in liverpool 4/ 5 days now, starting to worry now.

I know mate we just want this so badly, allan is Brazilian and announced him 2 days ago and think he arrived the same day as James. Were hearing International clearance, then its image rights etc it would just be a huge statement of intent to get a player of that calibre, the wait is killing us! 😂😂.

it takes as long as it takes its all guess work why it has not been announced but I am not worried by it when the club are ready it will be released to the media.
