With all the flack Pickford taken this week (wrongly) and Olson on bench I think the next month will make or break Jordan. I think if Marco o'silver was in charge he'd have no chance but hopefully Carlo will get him back to his best of 2017-18.

How has he wrongly taken flak? He seriously injured a player with an awful, awful challenge and was lucky not to break said players leg completely. He deserves every ounce of criticism.

Sean, so you think death threats are okay then? You won't find many on this forum that disagree with the view that it was an awful, reckless challenge. Did he mean to injure VVD? No, he didn't intentionally take your man out so some of the criticism and the threats are totally uncalled for. There's been far worse tackles in the derby over the years that didn't get as much attention. The bile needs to stop and some of your fans need to get a grip and get on with it, no amount of moaning is going to change the situation.

If you watch replays he’s watching the ball and then spots Van Dyke, split second hesitation continues his run realises he isn’t going to make it and clatters into VVD with some bizarre spread challenge that just goes all wrong!
I think VVD‘s challenge on Mertens was worse but that did get a yellow.
