Although lots of people are disappointed in the names linked, big names aren't always the great signings we hope for. For me if they improve the team / squad then it's worth a gamble. I'd rather rant if they fail!

I for one am underwhelmed by the Andros Townsend signing, its got nothing to do with how much he will cost, its to do with the fact he's an average player, he's 30 years old, and he's not going to improve the squad, tell me how he's different from Yannick Bolasie? We might as well have given him 2 years on reduced terms, we should be targeting youth, young hungry players with promise, and eager to prove themselves.
