Virginia looks to be going on loan to sporting, they have an option to buy at the end in the loan.

He may be the only one to leave. It says something when we are struggling to get James and Kean out. There has been many awful decisions made by the club since Moshiri came in regarding the buying of players, and we are now reaping the consequences. There are times when I wish we were back in Moyes' tenure with little or no funds but could still challenge for the top 6.

The Moyes days were filled with summers of losing our best players because we had to. At least now we’re looking to offload what isn’t required. All be it a lot of it sadly. But I will never welcome the Moyes days where we would only bother competing against the sides below us. And rolling over for the rest.

Ssn had their Portuguese football expert on the transfer show earlier and the talk was about Sportings midfielder Palhinha going to spuds or West Ham but the expert also said there is also Matteus Nunes possibly going to Everton. Needless to say SSN weren’t interested in anything that isn’t London or Manchester so that was that, but interesting if Virginia is going there on loan! ? Who knows?!?!?!?

Can't believe the slating of Moyes on here. We may have had to sell to bigger clubs but as fir rolling over for them? I remember wins over Utd, Arsenal, Liverpool and legends from nowhere in the shape of Pienaar, Baines, Cahill, Howard, Jags and Rooney. He didn't make many mistakes with transfers and we scored so many late goals, we were rarely beaten without a fight. Showing his class now at West Ham.

Think we have had this convo on here before Cornerflag, you are right some peoples opinion on Moyes is that the man got us relegated single handed and then stole money from the coffers - simply unfair.
For me though …. I’m sorry but I’m hard pressed calling any Everton player a ‘legend’ who has NOT won silver wear with us simple as. Add to that comments of us taking ‘knives to gun fights’ and that capitulation against LFC in that FA semi final mean that whilst credit was deserved when it was due, he wasn’t the man for me in the end.
