I am really happy to see all the praise Iwobi is now getting, towards the back end of last season I said a switch had been flipped and he was starting to figure out what us Everton fans want from a player.

He is the perfect example of how much someone can improve with hard work and the right attitude.

Even when he was struggling other players were coming out and saying he was the most skillful player in the squad and now he is confident and settled we are reaping the rewards, so many other players can learn from him and Frank deserves some credit too for believing in him.

Iwobi has been fantastic for half a year now. Something I didn’t expect because he was in the Cleverley/ McGeady bracket of Everton players I detest watching play in the shirt. But he’s worked very hard and I didn’t know he was some beast of a box to box midfielder.

Maybe some posters should cut McNeil some slack then after only 4 games, give McNeil a striker to aim for and get him into his favoured position out wide, and you might just see a player there.

Most posters on here will recall some of my posts over a year ago ago about Iwobi, time and again I posted get Iwobi from out wide, and play him more central, Iwobi was wasted on the wing, now he is getting that free role more central to cover better areas of the pitch, he is now playing his best football.

I think mcneil would actually be better as a number 10. He has no pace but is tricky and can pass. I just wish he trusted his right foot. Always, always turns back on to his left peg.

Birkenhead, you really annoy me and I'm sure you a red. You don't have a good word to say about anyone or anything to do with our great club.

Iwobi has been great. I don't understand how he still gets flack. What do people expect?
