I see Burnley are contemplating taking legal action against the club. I was at Wembley in 1995 when we beat United. I expected great things to happen and all we have got is almost 30 years of promises and mainly crappy football. I am thinking of taking out a class action lawsuit against the owners, board, managers and players over that period for affection my mental stability, increasing my blood pressure, making me feel miserable, increasing my anger trigger, driving me to drink and worse of all getting my wife to threaten me with her throwing me out of my house. Anyone want to join me?

That will be an interesting case as Everton haven't broken any law. They would have a stronger case against the PL.
