I’m starting to think the writing is on the wall. We have 10 points, 3 points above relegation (if Ipswich hold on to beat Spurs) . Coming up we have:
Brentford (H)
United (A)
Wolves (H)
the Derby (H)
Arsenal (A)
Chelsea (H)
City (A)
Forest (H)
Bournemouth (A)
Villa (H)
Spurs (H)
Brighton (A)
Leicester (H) 1st Feb
Given how we lost to Southampton and drew against West Ham, I can’t see us picking up 3 points until Feb. We could do with the takeover asap so we can get someone in to spark the team into playing football and not this over defensive style where we just about cling on if we take the lead or more likely fall behind and then lose due to no change in tactics with our only response being like for like subs.
We really need players to step up and start hitting back of the net. It’s going to be a tall ask for Broja who hasn’t managed it at other clubs; DCL who seems continuously out of luck; and Beto who tries but just lacks the physicality and know how in the prem.
How are we going to stay up this season?

Not good BR mate but still reckon we will be ok provided Sean gets binned, Bottom lot are getting closer to us though and Ipswich had a great result today, tough games coming up but so has everyone else, Come Christmas I hope we are further up the table.

The only way is for everton to sack SD and for once in a very long time pick the right manager, will this happen I'm not sure, who is the right manager I have no idea, some big decisions need to happen very quickly because we can't carry on like this.

De Zerbi the ex Brighton manager saying he might leave Marseille. Did very well at Brighton, and plays a nice style of football.

Am not overly convinced Ed if rumours of Sarri are true, decent manager but liked seeing someone a lot younger and fresher. Also daft as it sounds if he is prepared to put a ex Lazio manager in charge of us whilst being the owner of Roma, rings alarms to me. Just hoping these are just baseless rumours, what is a certainty is the need for a change and hopefully a end to all this.
{Ed025's Note - yeah im not counting any chickens just yet Mocker, we have been here before mate and look how that turned out, i shall precede with caution for the forseeable future and see how things go..

I think the difference this time around is that when we got our first billionaire owner we all thought this is it!
This time around I think fans have tempered their expectations a little. Now it's just about seeing improvement in the team, and a clear progression in the club.

We need points but I can’t see much coming from these (bar maybe Leicester at home) . If we could pick up three wins we could really put some distance between us and relegation. Wolves play 5 of the top 7 next; Ipswich have City, Liverpool, saints, Villa and spurs; and Leicester have spurs, us, Utd, Arsenal and Brentford. Everyone has a tricky time until end of Feb.

Think everyone is clear this year so don’t expect others to fall foul of the rules. Still can’t believe we were deducted 8 points. Surely w we’re not the worst run club over those years… maybe we were.

Add to that Skylark that he’ll be gone next season if the results don’t come in. Hopefully, we will score many goals, win many more games and be away from relegation. I’d like to see a complete rebuild with a Frank, Iraola or someone else who can get us back to competing in the top half of the table.
