Not been on here for a while, and can't remember where I heard it, but Mirallas Williams and Klaassen have been told to find new clubs I believe! Ed, any news on Sandro? Does he have/ want a future at Everton? News of any other out goings? I also heard Calvert Lewin has turned down a loan move to Bournemouth.

Bluenose Will

{Ed002's Note - Sandro Ramirez will return to Everton if Sevilla get the striker they want - else, maybe another loan there. I don't know about the loan Will.}

United have come out and said that Hernandez is not leaving Old Trafford this summer. Just waiting on em coming out and sayin the same about Evans now and we can all relax a bit. Holgate should be done today. Good bit of business I reckon. Martinez still quiet about other In comings

Holgate done Martinez has said he still wants more faces

{Ed025's Note - he can have this miserable one im wearing if he wants ste.. :)

2.) 13 Aug 2015 12:47:40
Apparently Mourinho has lodged a £15m bid for him!

3.) 13 Aug 2015 13:04:53
Is that £15m bid for Ed025's miserable face?

{Ed025's Note - i hope so ST.. :)

Any new arrivals depend on the departures! It's simple! We're all waiting on Chelsea ( who are playin hardball ) we want £30m plus for Stonesy. Once we are offered that our targets become very different. I reckon there is money available for Martinez, and don't think it's about the boards trust. At current he may for arguments have a kitty of let's say £15m but selling Stonesy or anyone else that could increase dramatically then things change. If Stonesy has said he wants to go, it's just about holding out for top Dollar. Targets will be in place, we just got to be patient! Deadline day going to be mental! Just my opinion guys!

Bluenose Will

{Ed025's Note - i can see where your coming from will, imo stones will stay and we will do some business very late on mate...but what the hell do i know..

1.) 05 Aug 2015 08:10:22
If he's had his head turned and has let it known he is interested in a move, then I don't see how we can keep him! We already have heard noises this summer about McCarthy and Mirallas. Not sure about you Ed, but I'm getting a bit worried that there seems to be a lot unsettled at the moment and we don't want it spreading anymore!

{Ed025's Note - a lot of that is paper talk will, the club has said stones is not for sale, and that we have no need to sell our better players, so im taking them at their word mate..

2.) 05 Aug 2015 21:32:57
Didn't the club say rooney wasn't for sale e

01 Feb 2015 20:03:31
Reckon Mirallas on his way tomorrow!! Don't want him to go but something not just right there.contract running down etc! Anyone agree?

Bluenose Will

{Ed025's Note - yes me will..

1.) 01 Feb 2015 20:42:49
I Agree with you Will, I think it is going to be Arteta syndrome tomorrow sadly.

2.) 01 Feb 2015 20:56:40
I can't see mirallas leaving today, I'm not sure why but I can't see it. Maybe this summer but not today.

Heard from a few people now, Gibbo to Burnley £3.5m. Shame if true, cause I thought he looked good before injury!

Bluenose Will

1.) It might be a plausible rumour, but I just don't see the logic of it as far as what we need in our first-team squad for the coming season. We need to add to the squad - not deplete it or replace outgoing experienced players with untried (foreign) or injury-prone incomings. However, as always, I will trust in RM's judgement and back every player who gives his best while having the privilege to wear the Royal Blue shirt.

2.) Would be a shame considering the time it's taken to get him fit.

3.) I read the total opposite RM saying he is staying.

4.) He's a decent enough player. when fit. That is the key. We need players who aren't injury prone. Players who are fit for selection. Gibbo was constantly injured at Utd and his record hasn't been much better with us. I wonder if those contributors urging Bobby to keep him are the same slagging the idea of re-signing Rodders due to his fitness. I just don't see the difference. If Rodders isn't worth the risk because of constant injuries, why would we turn down the sort of cash the likes of Burnley appear to want to spend?

5.) I believe Gibson will stay with us for another season at least. He is a cracking little player when fit, but I do think he is on timer.

{Ed025's Note - he is only 26 tit, i think he has a good few years left mate, providing he can stay injury free..

Can anyone tell me why we haven't moved for Begovic yet? Reckon he has to be the best target in terms of goalkeeper, surely! Howard still not replaced and I would take Hart ( think he's just short of confidence) but reckon Begovic would be a cheaper option and as good if not better.

Bluenose Will

1.) 17 Aug 2016 09:16:39
I feel if we take Joe Hart you will see a different goalkeeper. He hasn't really been challenged at Man City and I think he will have a point to prove if he were to move to us. I really think we could get the best out of him.

03 Aug 2016 18:56:53
Would anyone take the lad 'Gray' from Burnley. Fast lots of goals in him and reckon he could cut it in the premiership?

Bluenose Will

1.) 03 Aug 2016 22:05:57
Not for the 22-30 million Sunderland have been quoted "ACCORDING TO THE PRESS"

Mishiri seems intent on getting his man! He targeted Koeman from the start (if you are to believe the rumours) so great news! Has anyone thought of this though? Everyone seems to be expecting Ibrahimovich to go to Utd, but he obviously isn't admitting anything just yet in fact did he say he would announce something this week. Is he waiting for the Koeman appointment first then going to amaze us all and join us instead. Just a thought!

1.) 06 Jun 2016 11:49:18
To be honest, I'm not 100% it would be the best thing for us. He would completely destroy our wage structure for a start (admittedly this will be reviewed anyway but not to that extent) . Above that though, this is supposed to be the start of a project to return us to the top of the game. I would rather us go for a young, hungry striker (Janssen? ) . Saying that obviously I would be made up if Zlatan chose us.

2.) 06 Jun 2016 12:05:34
His ego alone would prevent him coming to us.

3.) 06 Jun 2016 12:23:30
Id love him here mate, hope he does come to the prem though as love to see him in action, its Moshiri too fella.

4.) 06 Jun 2016 13:10:25
Don't think he'll be at Everton. Extremely talented but just can't see him at Everton next season.

01 Sep 2015 21:53:24
I know we haven't really brought in a marquee signing people, and that is disappointing. But at the start of the window I was bricking it that Lukaku, McCarthy, Colman. Mirallas and Stones potentially were on their way. We kept the lot and made additions, and still spent £20m plus, so let's look forward and not back. We all know we ain't got billions so we go from here COYBs

Bluenose Will

{Ed025's Note - you said it will..

1.) 02 Sep 2015 04:09:45
For me the squads stale most players and deffinitely the first 11 are players he's had over the last two years, I think the Lennon deal was a bit of a cop out to apeece the fans as in my eyes he ad decided Del Boy was a better option,

25 Aug 2015 20:54:27
I personally would have given anything just to play for Everton, so the way I see it is, if Stones wants to leave then let's get the best price we can before he unsettles anybody else, lick our wounds and look at bringing in a youthful replacement with funds brought in. Realistically this has been on the cards for ages and represents good business. We should now be lookin at the young lad from Leeds. They reckon Sam Byram is versatile playin across back four and even in midfield. Time to look forward Blues!

Good speech Will, if he really wants to go then let him, onwards and upwards.
No player is bigger than the club, take Chelsea for every penny we can then wipe our mouths, move on and invest the money wisely.
Players come and go but Everton remains.

Ed said a few weeks ago 'don't rule out a move for Begovic'. Chelsea have signed a backup Goalie today, someone called Eduardo. Begovic all day long for me! COYB's.

I'm the same! A friend of mine says that Mourinho's odds have been cut from 20/1 to 7/1. got to be worth a tenner? The longer it takes to get someone in, they'll cut even more surely.

Bluenose Will

{Ed033's Note - Yes, in theory, if you back at 7/1 with £10 and it drops to 5/1, then you could lay £10 on betfair at 5/1 and get a (nearly) no lose outcome.
If mourinho comes in 7/1 x £10 (bet) minus 5/1 x £10 (lay) = £20 win

If mourinho doesn't come in (most likely outcome) £10 bet loses, but £10 gained on lay bet. (minus betfair win percentage amount)

And at this stage would only be back up for Stonesy and Jags. Makes sense to me too
