Any truth in Shawcross move. on welsh side of the Mersey (flint, Buckley, mold) where he is from, it is said that personal terms have been agreed and he's due for medical early hours of Monday morning. in addition any other transfer rumours which could materialise Ed. Personally I'd still like us to sign another experienced centre half as well as Shawcross and possibly a centre midfielder for cover when injuries come around christmas (they always do!)

Social-media has a lot to answer for when it comes to rumours starting with one little, mischief-making, baseless comment that then spreads like wildfire and gets picked up by the press who repeat it without even the most rudimentary checking.
