Fresh claims (Guardian) about Moshiri recieving money from Usmanov companies.

Nothing new, only the naive would think otherwise. These people (Usmanovs of this World) are extremely powerful, Countries (even our own) are in reality powerless, that is those that kind of follow the rule of Law.

Yeah from way back.

Powerless until Russia invaded Ukraine and then they froze his uk assets and Moshiri no longer sugardaddy. Hence we are currently struggling to pay our commitments.

Usmano is the owner, not Moshiri.

And where is your proof on that statement Lee?

Moshiri has his own wealth and prior to investing in Everton was worth personally 7.3 billion.
Usamanov was considerably richer making the worlds top 100 rich list at about 93 billion prior to the war.

Moshiri didn’t need Usamanov’s money.

Also Moshiri was the CEO for one of Usamanov’s companies, megafon or one of the others, which he had to resign from once the uk government froze Usamanov’s assets. He was also Usamanov’s accountant so no big surprise really that moshiri received money from Usamanov’s companies, these journalists are really trying to make a story out of nothing.
Probably 777 are proving to be above board and they’re now trying a different angle.

To think he is an accountant… what happened to our finances?

Too many special friends and trusted advisors giving him bad advice and thinking that big salaries and Hollywood signings bring success and failing to standby some managers and supporting the wrong ones for too long . I think his biggest fault was not listening to the right people.
It’s a shame really he wanted and I believe still wants the best for the club . He’s just not got football in his bones if that makes sense and couldn’t see how he was getting it wrong, the Benitez appointment as a point in case.
Hopefully 777 will get the sports business management back on track, whereby we are financially stable and leave KT and SD to do their
jobs.

Who really gives a toss. He’s moving on and that is what supporters were asking for.

I don’t care I was just trying to be helpful and give a perspective to the nonsense that appears in some ‘news’ publications.
Have a nice day blues

If the "owner" paid for, Everton, in whole or in part with money from a sanctioned Russian oligarc, originally, or subsequent investment, he cannot sell the club to anyone.
A sanctioned individual cannot benefit from the sale. See Chelsea as example.

Doubt their going to benefit.

Moshiri sold his shares in Arsenal to usamanov and then used that money to buy into Everton . Usamanov tried to buy Arsenal but he himself sold his shares to Kronke when Kronke wouldn’t sell . This all happened long before the war in Ukraine started so Moshiri can sell his shares in Everton to whoever he wants to, subject to those persons or companies meeting the fit and proper standards.

So following on from my previous post just, usamanov isn’t going to benefit or profit from the sale of Everton. Moshiri hasn’t been sanctioned so there is no problem.
Journalists are supposed to report the news not create it, which is unfortunately what happens today to sell papers or click bait and reel people in .
Do you honestly think we would be this far along in the process if there was any evidence of anything on either side being a matter of concern. As I’ve said Everton will have carried out due diligence as will 777 into moshiri and Everton fc .
