Jesus just because we haven't signed anybody yet doesn't mean we won't. And why does everything come down to the board, we have a manager you know, one that I have been impressed with so far, who knows how to deal with transfers well and will not necessarily rush into signing players for the sake of it. Martinez clearly wants to improve Everton and deep down all you haters know that the majority of the board do too. Start moaning on the 30th August if we have yet to sign someone one. Lets give Martinez a chance, the one thing I like about him is he is dignified, very much in the way Moyes was, as we haven't any results or signings to judge him by why don't we reserve opinion till then
