Unted fan in peace. I've seen many of the posts on the United site and this one and I am a little embarrassed at how my club is behaving. Our whole transfer strategy this summer has appeared confused and given that Moyes will have had a value in mind for both Fellaini and Baines when we was Everton Manager, to come in with a low bid does not do him nor United any favours. I would love both players at OT and I think they are jus what is missing right now - but why we can't make a sensible offers beyond me. I believe £35M for both would be an offer worth discussing. For one of the richest cobs in the world to arse about like this is, well embarrassing. PS - how about we have Fellaini and Baines and you take Rooney back? :-) {Ed025's Note - you sound like a proper fan AJH, but for me £35m is still on the low side mate, especially with the limited time left to get replacements! but we will take rooney, kagawa, and van persie as a straight swap.. :)

Top fan AJH, there are some proper nuggets on your pages mate (Shappy) etc.

I think you guys are struggling for cash to spend too or you are maybe saving the big chunk for a certain Portugese winger.

I personally think 40 million at a minimum would probably do it, looks to me like they may be coming your way soon mate as we may as well face it that we are a selling club, that's what happens when only one of your board members is a blue nose and its the only one with no money lol

Degsy, Shappy is a top lad, I just think people have quite clear views on what layers are worth. Remember Chelsea bid £25M for Rooney who cost us more than that when we bought him. I just wish we would stop behaving like some hard up club looking for bargains. You don't see Barca, Chelsea, Madrid arseing around like this. DM must know how much is required, he has a good relationship with BK, why this is in the press and why the bid is low (IMO) is beyond me
