If the Americans come In and give us, the fans the choice of either re-develop Goodison or build a new stadium what you choose/ vote for?

{Ed001's Note - are there any stipulations on redeveloping Goodison? Only it is obvious that fans, on the whole, will want to stick with a ground they love rather than move to a new ground, unless it provides some sort of advantage.}

I agree, I just wanted to see what the thoughts were. I'm up for either so long as it benefits both club and supporters.

Personally as much as I love goodison I think we need to move as there just isn't the foot print for the car parks an no doubt commercial entities required in this day and age without knocking down half the surrounding estate.

I don't know why we are staying in the Walton area at all. Even the park is a stupid place to put a stadium. To be fair the area is in need of massive regeneration but is too congested for a stadium redevelopment.

A stadium closer to the city centre with commercial properties would take us to a completely different level. Towards Brunswick docks or the other way from the centre has plenty of opportunities.

One other area that has a better footprint is brundle road in Aintree. There has just been a massive area cleared there. About the size you would need for a stadium and for commercial properties that has great travel infrastructure already. Hmmmm.
