good point tommy look at the players he has missed out on payet ogbona west ham the dutch player newcastle over wages he knows a player allright I think the board should tell him not ask him that they are bringing in top class defenceive coach.

That could work, but I don't rate any of his backroom staff. None of them have any experience at the top level. Think the backroom staff needs gutting.
