I'm probably going to get slated for this but would we be better off keeping Mouse Kean?
I'm only saying this as he is still young and would still be able to sell him for a good fee in a couple of years. Only because this magical striker that's going to get us our goals hasn't happened since Lukaku.
It would be like a new player and I think with a decent run of games he would get us 10-15 a season.
I don't understand the FFP apart from we struggle with it and it might be a good cheap option for us even if it was only for a season or 2.

I'm not sure of what the deal is with his loan with option to buy / made to buy etc as every report seems to be different.

Like I say probably get slated for it or it can't happening due to his loan deal.

Obligation to buy this Summer, as I understand it they can also sell him. I don't understand that bit.

I partly agree with you but he doesn't want to be here so it's a no.

On the chance of opening a can of worms for no good reason dfs what is not to understand. They have an obligation to buy. Why can't they sell him? Even if it is straight away.

Monkey nuts can't see why anyone would slate that suggestion. It may be a solution but I can't see it. We are pretty much getting our money back for him. Luckily if you ask me.

Can put that money towards somewhere else or some other player. We badly need it. Too big of a chance to take him back in my opinion.

NBTB I know what you mean regarding the money situation. Is it somewhere about £25m for him?
All I'm thinking is if teams like chelsea are paying at least £50m for players (which I know we can't compete with) what players are we going to get? I mean no disrespect to him but if players like Maupauy are £15m which is relatively cheap as a premier league price what kind of calibre are we going to get?

{Ed002's Note - Moise Kean (S) Juventus plan to but the player then sell him on.}

Hi Ed002
When you say they plan to buy the player then sell him on does that mean they don't have to buy him from us? This is where I'm really confused with it. If Juventus are planning to buy and sell on I'm assuming they would have a buyer lined and make a few £££ in the process otherwise why would they buy him if they didn't have to.
Apologies if I'm asking the same question and if you've already answered it.

{Ed002's Note - He is an Everton player on loan and they would be buying him from Everton, and yes they will look to make a profit.}

Juve would jump at the chance of us taking him back. That should tell you everything about the lad.

He's just scored for Juventus!

He'll be a Juventus player in the summer, well have our money and he'll only be sold if Juventus can find a crazy team wanting to pay 25+million for him, which is unlikely.
He wasn't/ isn't ever going to be anything other than an average player. He has no exceptional talent which could mask his evident lack of ambition/ application to be any better. Its the very reason he signed for us and couldn't make it.

Did anyone watch him for us?

No first touch, no pace, bullied off the ball constantly, poor attitude, never makes runs etc etc.

Swear everyone slates Maupay and Simms for the exact same thing. Kean has failed here, get rid.

Monkey nuts, as far as I understand when Juve signed him on loan from us there was an obligation to buy at the end of the loan. Therefore they have to buy this summer with agreed fee whuch was made when he went on loan. Yes, £25m is the region of the fee mentioned.

They obviously knowing this I presume have been trying to source a buyer as they do not want to hold onto him. Therefore sell him as quick as the sign him permanently. That's my basic understanding of it. I may be wrong on some points but I'd be pretty sure that is the jist of it. That's from memory of what Ed002 has previously said. Apologies if I picked anything up wrong.

But hey, he may play out of his skin till then and they decide to keep him. Regardless I'd wish him and Juve all the best and take the money. Some players just not suited to the Premiership.

Not much difference Woburn, except that she might have worn the shirt under her dress ?.
