Everton have appointed Colin Chong as interim Chief Executive Officer and Director.
James Maryniak will take charge of all finance matters as interim Chief Finance Officer.
Farhad Moshiri and John Spellman will join as Non-Executive Directors.
Bill Kenwright will remain as Chairman during a period of transition.

''Transition'' is or could be just business speak, added as a sop, Transition is not a set time in fact it could be anytime, week month year even, and then due to circumstances favourable only to Moshiri et al it changes to indefinite.

Why appoint if only temporary? Is this legal requirement at Company House to have named Directors at Company House when previous Directors have been removed?
New Owners reported wants include the need to diminish Moshiri equity ownership to somewhere close to 50% so he remains in control but there's no way that new owners will allow others (as above) control their investments.
This pantomine needs to stop. Continuance is impacting squad investments when other teams are already picking off the best for next season.

Makes sense as an interim set of appointments anyone who thinks Bill will go before MSP arrive will probably be disappointed I reckon 3 weeks before anymore changes.
